This property in the hills of the Monferrato, Piedmont, hides an unexpressed selling potential that needs to be unveiled for a faster selling!
The staircase is narrow and dark and the rooms on the first floor are linked to each other, without an independent access.
We believe that the staircase can be made more user-friendly and brighter thanks to the natural light coming from a new solar chimney. The first floor rooms can be been rearranged.
In addition, it is possible to recover the attic and to reorganize the façade.
Finally, in order to obtain thermal comfort and energy saving, a solar conservatory/winter garden can be added to the exterior of the house.
On the ground floor, we suggest to add a solar conservatory and to extend the stairwell.
On the first floor, the rearrangement of the rooms allows for the creation a new, larger bathroom with direct access to the balcony, which is also included in the renovation.
